End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of international and domestic orders, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, and end-customers.Customs & Compliance Leadership: Manage all technical documentation (COO, CI, PL) and navigate customs regulations to ensure the swift clearance of specialized printing hardware and chemical consumables (inks/toners).Provider & Contract Negotiation: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with 3PL providers and shipping lines to optimize freight costs and improve lead times.Inventory & Warehouse Synergy: Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels, ensuring high-demand printing spare parts are replenished and ready for dispatch.Risk Mitigation & Tracking: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the global supply chain and provide real-time tracking updates to the sales and technical teams.Process Optimization: Analyze logistics data to refine internal workflows, reducing operational overhead while maintaining high service standards for our trading partners. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in logistics, specifically within a trading company environment. Experience with printing solutions or industrial machinery is highly preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Incoterms 2020, shipping documentation, and Letter of Credit (LC) processes.Software Skills: Proven experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel for data tracking.Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international vendors and local authorities.Problem-Solving: A "fire-fighter" mindset with the ability to resolve complex shipping delays or documentation discrepancies under pressure.
