This role is responsible for overseeing warehousing, import/export activities, transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics providers while driving operational excellence and ensuring high service levels.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, freight imports & exports, transportation, distribution, and inventory management.Ensure client contracts are effectively managed and logistics KPIs are consistently achieved.Manage relationships with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating commercial agreements and driving continuous service improvements.Develop and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and logistics projects aligned with business objectives.Ensure compliance with company logistics policies, procedures, and operational standards.Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture. What You’ll Need To Succeed10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations within the Retail or FMCG industry.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations and third-party logistics providers.Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams and drive operational performance.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial awareness.
