We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our full marketing activities across both online and offline channels for a growing education and career-development business.This is not a purely managerial or digital-only role. The ideal candidate must be able to plan, execute, follow up, analyze, and improve marketing activities directly, while also coordinating with a small internal team and external freelancers, agencies, vendors, creators, or partners when needed.A major part of this role will be organic social media growth, content planning, short-form video ideas, viral content creation, and building strong audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.We are especially interested in candidates who understand how to create content that people want to watch, share, save, and comment on. Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, personal brand manager, or social media growth specialist is a strong advantage.The role will also cover marketing strategy, brand communication, online campaigns, offline campaigns, paid advertising, events, partnerships, activations, lead generation, market research, and campaign performance analysis.The candidate should be proactive, practical, creative, organized, and able to build and manage the marketing function step by step without waiting for a large team. 6+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or growth marketing. Strong experience in organic social media content, short-form video content, and audience growth. Proven ability to create or lead content that generates engagement, reach, shares, saves, comments, and follower growth. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats. Experience in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with social media marketing, content marketing, paid ads, campaign management, events, activations, and partnerships. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM, marketing analytics, and lead generation. Ability to come up with creative content ideas, hooks, captions, video angles, scripts, and campaign messages. Experience as an influencer, content creator, personal brand manager, or social media growth specialist is a strong plus. Strong understanding of branding, copywriting, customer positioning, market research, and campaign messaging. Experience in coordinating with designers, videographers, editors, content creators, agencies, freelancers, printing suppliers, event vendors, and business partners. Able to manage marketing budgets and measure performance based on clear KPIs. Excellent English communication and writing skills. Experience in education, training, career development, HR, recruitment, B2B services, or professional services is a strong plus. Must be proactive, self-managed, creative, detail-oriented, and able to execute without heavy supervision.
