Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Create and oversee content plans for social media, website, and marketing materials Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI through analytics and reporting tools Manage branding activities and ensure consistency across all communication channels Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners when needed Contribute to event planning, presentations, and business development activities Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and partners Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-related industries Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and lead generation Experience with Meta Ads, Google tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in content creation and campaign management is a plus Familiarity with Odoo or CRM systems is an advantage
