The key role of the Senior Marketing Specialist is to support one of our clients with the development of marketing strategies and the implementation of tactical marketing and advertising initiatives for our client at a corporate and project level.Savills is a globally recognised real estate brand and offers the opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with an interest in benefiting from the support and experience the brand can offer.Key ResponsibilitiesIn conjunction with the Associate Director – Property Marketing, develop and implement innovative, comprehensive, and relevant marketing plans for all relevant projects. This Includes:Market researchPositioning and brand developmentAdvertising and promotionEvent management including activations and launchesCommunications, public relations, community consultation and the sales release scheduleSupplier management and production executionAdditionally, You Will Be Asked ToMaintain the day-to-day marketing budget for relevant projects.Implement tactical marketing campaigns across all platforms.Constant liaison with the sales team to ensure they are provided with all the relevant sales and promotional information to effectively promote opportunities for customers.Collate, monitor, and assess data on a weekly and monthly basis including sales, traffic, social media and website reports.Ensure up to date competitors and market trends are communicated to the team on a regular basis.Review and address the brand’s onsite and online presence on a weekly basis.Support in content creation and development of daily stories and edits.Draft reports for campaigns and events for managed properties.Understanding the needs of all internal stakeholders through attending regular meetings and maintaining records of these meetings as required.Work with external consultants including advertising and public relations agency as well as external consultantsSkills, Knowledge And ExperienceA sound knowledge of key marketing principles and the implementation of marketing strategiesProject and/or brand marketing experience in the property industry would be highly valuedAnalytical and problem-solving skillsInterpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skillsProject management skills, including critical path developmentTime management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadline for multiple projectsAbility to work independentlySelf-motivatingRequirementsComputer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent command of both the Arabic and English languageBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or other relevant degreeOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
