Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Marketing Strategist | Marketing Executive (Manager Level), based in Nasr City. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand growth and engagement. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and corporate branding. The Senior Marketing Strategist will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous evolution of marketing processes. Qualifications Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy and Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute high-impact campaigns. Proficient in Market Research and Research methodologies to identify trends and actionable insights. Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with performance measurement metrics and tools. Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Prior experience in strategy creation and execution within the MENA market is an advantage.
