Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, plumbing networks, and fire-fighting systems across managed facilities.Ensure the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment.Monitor and evaluate technical performance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.Supervise and support mechanical technicians and maintenance teams across projects.Review and approve maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.Coordinate with other departments including QHSE, operations, and project teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures or operational issues.Participate in technical audits, inspections, and client meetings when required.Assist in budget preparation, spare parts planning, and cost control related to mechanical maintenance.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
