2–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing environments.Experience working with production lines, packaging machines, conveyors, pumps, and compressors.Ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Previous experience in factory operations or production facilities is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Good understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and support root cause analysis.Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.Knowledge of maintenance planning and spare parts follow-up.Ability to work effectively with maintenance teams and production departments.
