Senior Mechanical Estimator

Review and study project documents, including BOQs, drawings, specifications, contracts, etc.Prepare comprehensive project summary.Develop preliminary and budgetary estimates for bid bond purpose.Raise technical and commercial queries to address discrepancies or conflicts within project documents.Segregate, prepare, and issue RFQ packages to suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare detailed cost estimation sheets for tendering and bidding projects.Develop budget sheets for awarded projects and support cost control activities.Coordinate with site team members to prepare variation orders.Attend meetings with clients and consultants to support variation order discussions and negotiations.Perform quantity take-offs for all systems, as required. 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical estimation.Experience in Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
