Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide feedback to stakeholders, including contractors and project personnel. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and onsite activities. Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to mechanical systems. Provide mentorship and training to junior inspectors and technical staff as needed. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to project inspections and assessments. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
