Preferred RequirementsPreferably experienced in the real estate industry or related sectors like construction, property management, or development.LanguageVery good to excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Computer SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, PowerPoint for reporting).Good understanding of AutoCAD to review architectural drawings and material specifications.
