Manage directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical work groups at site.Review Engineering drawings such as Shop drawings and as-built drawings.Act as a technical adviser for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives at the site.Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.Oversee the mechanical work plan and coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, etc.) to complete the work and avoid clashes.Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.Estimate, prepare, and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work. Experience with HVAC , Firefighting, and plumbing systems is a must.Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other).Creativity and analytical skills.Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.Technical writing skills.BSc degree in Engineering.
