Assist in supervising daily Mechanical activities and ensure implementation follows approved drawings and specifications.Conduct site inspections, check work progress, and report deviations to the Mechanical Team Leader.Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely execution and resolve minor issues on site.Prepare daily reports, progress updates, quantity tracking, and documentation logs.Assist in preparing and submitting inspection requests (IRs), material requests (MRs), and shop drawings comments.Check material deliveries, verify compliance with approval, and report shortages or damages.Coordinate with site disciplines (MEP, architectural) to resolve basic site conflicts.Ensure site safety rules are followed and report unsafe practices immediately.Support the Mechanical Team Leader in managing snag lists and following up on rectification.Assist in preparing as-built drawings, measurements, and handover documentation.
