Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Performance Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital acquisition channels.Develop campaign structures based on business objectives, target audiences, and customer journey stages.Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and scaling initiatives to maximize ROI.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns based on data and key performance metrics.Analyze campaign performance to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, and Analytics teams to enhance user acquisition and conversion performance.Ensure accurate implementation of tracking tools, pixels, conversion events, and attribution models.Identify new audience segments, acquisition channels, and growth opportunities.Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.Analyze the customer acquisition funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion across each stage. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate optimization.Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
