Senior Mid- UX/UI Designer

The Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for citizens, businesses, and government employees. The role contributes to the design and continuous improvement of digital services by conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces while ensuring compliance with government standards, accessibility requirements, and organizational objectives. The designer works closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and the UX/UI Team Lead to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, workshops, and usability testing.Analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and information architecture.Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.Produce wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Apply and contribute to the organization's design system and UI standards.Ensure consistency across all digital products and services.Design solutions that comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and government digital guidelines.Incorporate inclusive design principles to support users with diverse needs.Ensure alignment with organizational branding and regulatory requirements.Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Collaborate with business units, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.Participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, and project planning activities.Support quality assurance and usability validation before product releases.Monitor user feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement.Stay current with UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Contribute to the evolution of design processes, standards, and documentation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: 4–7 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or digital experience design. Proven experience designing web and mobile applications. Experience working on complex digital services, enterprise systems, or public-sector platforms is preferred.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems. Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
