Gorilla Vibe Marketing Agency is hiring a highly creative and technically strong Multimedia Designer to join our remote creative team in Egypt.This role is for qualified candidates only. The application form is multi-step because we want to properly evaluate portfolio quality, creative taste, software skills, video editing ability, AI production knowledge, and agency workflow experience.We are looking for someone who can handle the full creative production cycle for a digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on social media design, paid ads creatives, video editing, motion graphics, branding, and AI-powered creative production.The right candidate must understand that design is not only about making visuals look good. Every creative asset should support marketing goals such as brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:Create premium social media designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Design carousels, static posts, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, campaign visuals, paid ads creatives, website assets, email visuals, and presentations.Edit reels, short-form videos, UGC-style ads, talking-head videos, promotional videos, and campaign video assets.Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, title animations, and platform-ready videos.Develop branding assets including logos, visual identity concepts, typography systems, color palettes, brand guidelines, and brand applications.Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, and preferably Figma at a professional level.Create performance-focused ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display campaigns.Adapt creative assets into multiple sizes, formats, and placements based on platform requirements.Produce AI-assisted visuals and videos using tools such as Freepik AI, Higgsfield AI, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar tools.Integrate Higgsfield AI and other AI-generated outputs with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.Manage up to 5 client accounts depending on workload and coordinate clearly with account managers, content teams, and performance teams.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or creative production.Previous marketing agency experience is strongly preferred.Strong portfolio showing social media designs, ad creatives, branding, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work.Strong creative taste, clean typography, strong text-on-visual execution, balanced layouts, and premium design judgment.Ability to work remotely within Egypt/UAE business hours.Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.Important Note:This role is not suitable for candidates who rely only on ready-made templates, random effects, or surface-level design.
