Job DescriptionRun full-cycle Odoo implementations end-to-end (requirements, configuration, UAT, go-live) and own ongoing functional support for live clients. Translate client-submitted issues into clear, actionable specs for the development team, and manage all client tickets on our portal — keeping them current, prioritized, and accurate. Lead client workshops, mentor one functional consultant, and work directly with our Egyptian and international developers on scoping and hand-offs.Qualifications4+ years of hands-on Odoo functional experience with at least 2 years owning implementations end-to-end. Strong working knowledge of at least three Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Purchase, CRM, or Project). Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal), English preferred. Strong client-facing communication and the ability to push back on bad scope. Comfort working in a fast-moving team and openness to using AI tools to move faster.Bachelors Degree.from 3-5 years exp
