Credit Application ProcessingReview and process credit applications submitted from branches and sales channels Verify completeness and accuracy of customer documents and application data Ensure all required documents are collected in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Validate customer information through internal systems and approved verification tools 2. Credit Assessment SupportPerform initial assessment of customer eligibility based on approved credit criteria Review customer profiles, income documents, liabilities, and repayment capacity Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the concerned teams (Fraud, Risk, or Credit Policy) Ensure compliance with delegated authority matrix and approval workflow3.
