-Oversee daily operations of events, activations, and production projects.-Coordinate with internal teams including AM , Design ,creative, and production, .-Manage event timelines, execution plans, and operational schedules.-Follow up , suppliers, and subcontractors.-Ensure all event requirements are delivered on time and within budget.-Supervise onsite event setup, dismantling, and live operations.-Handle client requirements and ensure service excellence during execution.-Monitor manpower allocation, transportation, and equipment readiness.-Negotiate with vendors and control operational costs.-Resolve last-minute issues during events quickly and professionally.-Prepare post-event reports including performance, feedback, and lessons learned.-Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.-Lead and supervise operations team members .-Improve workflows to enhance efficiency and event quality. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management , or related field.-3:5 years of experience in operations, events, or project executive.- Strong experience in event planning and onsite execution.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Detail-oriented and highly committed personality.- Good knowledge of vendors, suppliers, and event production processes.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).-Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours when required.
