With a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships, HL Solutions is dedicated to delivering efficient, tailor-made solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in East Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Operations Specialist.The role involves managing daily operational activities, overseeing logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders "Shipping lines, Trucking and C.CL service providers", and ensuring fulfillment of customer requirements.The Senior Operations Specialist will also implement best practices for operations management, contribute to project planning, and support sales efforts through effective communication and coordination.QualificationsStrong skills in Analytics and Operations Management to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.Proficiency in Project Management and Sales for overseeing deliverables and achieving organizational goals.Good Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, partners, and team members.Understanding of compliance procedures, local and international logistics regulations, and customs processes.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding domains.Self committed and self motivatedAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
