The role involves overseeing and managing Oracle financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, financial planning, and effective management of financial systems. The specialist will analyze complex financial data, provide valuable insights, and collaborate with teams to optimize financial processes, communication, and reporting. The individual will also contribute to the organization's financial strategy and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience working with Oracle Financial Applications (Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Financials). Proven experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Strong background in financial operations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration with finance and IT teams.
