A growing software and ERP solutions company is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of Oracle HCM implementation projects, working closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, configuration, and delivery of Oracle HCM implementation projects.Drive project workstreams across core HR and Advanced modules such as payroll, time and attendance, absence, and talent management ..etc.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Oracle HCM solutions.Collaborate with technical teams, integration architects, and client HR stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT coordination to validate delivered solutions.Identify and proactively manage project risks, functional gaps, and escalation points.Ensure effective communication and solution alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.Mentor junior consultants and support practice development activities as needed. 5+ years of experience.Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce management, and HCM best practices.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design practical, scalable solutions.Strong communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and consulting skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
