Senior Oracle Supply Chain ConsultantJob PurposeThe Senior Oracle Supply Chain Consultant will lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. Acting as the core bridge between operational supply chain stakeholders and technical teams, this individual will translate complex logistics, procurement, and manufacturing requirements into scalable Oracle solutions. The ideal candidate brings extensive full-lifecycle implementation experience, strong techno-functional or functional expertise, and a deep understanding of end-to-end global supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or migrations of Oracle SCM applications (EBS R12 and Cloud SCM/Fusion will be value add).Business Process Mapping: Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state business process design across core supply chain streams:Procure-to-Pay (P2P) (Shared with Finance)Order-to-Cash (O2C) (Shared with Finance)Plan-to-Produce (P2P / Manufacturing)Source-to-Settle (S2S) and LogisticsModule Configuration: Own the hands-on configuration and optimization of core Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM) and other supply chain management modules like Sourcing, Supplier Portal, iProcurement, Contract .. etc. The following will be value add; Product Hub (PIM), and Logistics/Transportation Management (OTM/WMS), Procurement Cloud.Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers to define technical specifications for RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Workflows), EDI/B2B integrations, and data migration scripts.Reporting & Analytics: Design and build operational dashboards, supply chain KPIs, and inventory tracking reports using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test script creation, execution management, and defect resolution.Change Management & Training: Develop comprehensive training documentation, deliver end-user workshops for warehouse/procurement teams, and guide the business through cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support phases.Strategic Advisor: Keep up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly release cycles (for Cloud) to evaluate new features, assess impact on warehouse/logistics processes, and advise leadership on supply chain optimization.Required Experience & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. (An MBA or APICS certifications like CSCP/CPIM is a strong plus).Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle SCM applications.Proven track record of leading at least 2–3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM or EBS R12 Supply Chain implementations.Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory valuation, demand planning, warehouse topologies, global trade compliance, and multi-org setups.System Knowledge: Master-level familiarity with Oracle EBS Supply Chain (Oracle Cloud SCM, Fusion, will be a plus). Experience with Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP/ASCP) or Demantra is highly advantageous.Reporting Tools: Proficiency with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and SQL queries for data verification and inventory reconciliation.
