Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive organization development strategies and programs.Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across all levels of the organization.Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance enhancement.Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.Collaborate with senior leadership and HR business partners to integrate OD practices into overall business strategy.Design and deliver impactful training and development programs that foster a learning culture.Champion employee engagement initiatives and drive cultural transformation.Evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and continuously refine programs for optimal impact. +5 years experience in Organization Development or a related Human Resources field. Proficiency in Organization Development principles and practices.Demonstrated expertise in strategic Development initiatives.Strong background in Change Management and organizational transformation.Proven ability in Talent Management, including leadership and employee development.Sound understanding of HR Strategy and its alignment with business objectives.Excellent Leadership Development and Training & Development facilitation skills.Analytical mindset with experience in Workforce Planning and Performance Management.High-level proficiency in Communication and Negotiation Skills.Adept at Project Management and driving initiatives from conception to completion.Experience with HR Analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
