Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop organizational structures aligned with Employee Productivity Indices (EPI) and industry benchmarks.Review and validate organizational change requests (e.g., headcount, role creation, grading changes) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and maintain job descriptions, and liaise with Group Total Rewards for evaluation, grading, and titling frameworks.Consolidate, analyze, and report manpower plans (headcount & cost); track execution and provide regular progress updates.Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with Group standards.Conduct ongoing policy awareness and refreshment sessions across the organization.Drive communication and understanding of the Performance Management framework across all levels.Partner with senior leadership (CEOs, GMs/MDs) to translate strategy into Annual Strategic Goals using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology.Support leadership in cascading goals to departmental heads and teams.Lead and manage the annual goal-setting cycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and completion.Monitor and ensure high employee satisfaction regarding the goal-setting process.Lead interim business performance reviews (monthly/quarterly/semi-annual).Manage the year-end performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion, quality, and consistency. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3-6+ years of experience in Organization Development and/or Performance Management.Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and job evaluation.Hands-on experience with Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and performance management cycles.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.Certifications in OD, HR Analytics, or Performance Management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).Experience in large or matrix organizations.Familiarity with HR systems and performance management tools.
