About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Organizational Development & Performance Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and talent development.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives related to performance management, competency frameworks, organizational design, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement, while partnering with business leaders to build a high-performance culture aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational DevelopmentDesign and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance business performance and employee effectiveness.Support organizational design, workforce planning, and job evaluation activities.Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and role profiles.Drive change management initiatives supporting organizational transformation.Performance ManagementManage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration sessions, and performance evaluations.Monitor performance trends and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.Support managers in setting SMART objectives and conducting effective performance discussions.Develop performance dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making.Talent DevelopmentIdentify development needs through performance analysis.Support succession planning and high-potential talent programs.Partner with Learning & Development to design development initiatives aligned with business needs.HR Analytics & ReportingAnalyze organizational and workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Prepare reports and dashboards related to performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.Monitor HR KPIs and recommend improvement actions.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business leaders and department heads to align OD initiatives with business objectives.Provide guidance on organizational structure, employee development, and performance improvement.Facilitate workshops and awareness sessions related to performance management and organizational development.Required QualificationsExperience5+ years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Performance ManagementProven experience managing organization-wide performance management processes.Experience in competency framework development, job architecture, and organizational design.Technical SkillsPerformance Management SystemsCompetency FrameworksJob EvaluationOrganizational DesignSuccession PlanningWorkforce PlanningHR AnalyticsKPI DevelopmentProfessional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.Ability to manage multiple strategic HR initiatives simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience in banking, fintech, technology, or multinational organizationsExperience implementing or enhancing Performance Management Systems.Familiarity with HRIS and performance management platforms.Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills.Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources are a plus.
