You will own high-value partner relationships, lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure long-term partner success. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership performance while supporting and mentoring junior team members.Key Duties & Responsibilities: Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships with key merchants and enterprise accounts. Own and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring long-term growth and retention. Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements aligned with business objectives. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Develop partnership growth plans and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Analyze partnership performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular business reviews to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns. Support, coach, and share best practices with junior team members. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed commercial and partnership growth targetsRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales. Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing strategic partnerships. Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing enterprise or key accounts. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
