We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations and personnel administration, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.Handle payroll-related calculations, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries efficiently.Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.Personnel Administration:Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.Handle social insurance processes, medical insurance, and employee benefits administration.Draft HR letters, contracts, and official documents as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and social insurance regulations.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
