Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time.Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and allowances.Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, salary changes, and promotions.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management analysis.Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, tax regulations, and internal policies.Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance, and external authorities when required.Manage payroll data through ERP and HRIS systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.Support payroll audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll taxation.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and HRIS.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
