The company focuses on creating high-quality developments that combine strategic locations with thoughtful design and value for residents, visitors, and investors.Role Description The Senior PC - Developer Experience - Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end experience of real estate developers and partners across the company’s projects. Daily tasks include coordinating project requirements, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that development timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines are consistently met. The role involves monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving operational issues, supporting sales and property management teams with accurate project information, and providing insights to optimize processes and developer satisfaction. The Senior PC also contributes to strategic planning, prepares regular reports, and supports decision-making related to new and ongoing developments.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development, with experience working on residential and/or mixed-use projects.Proven Project Management abilities, including planning, scheduling, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing execution to completion.Experience in Sales within real estate or related sectors, with the ability to support sales teams through accurate, timely project information.Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, developers, and external partners.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfort working on-site in New Cairo and engaging regularly with project locations and stakeholders.
