We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team on a landmark project in the Red Sea region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mega-scale infrastructure development while working alongside industry-leading professionals in a dynamic project environment.Key ResponsibilitieDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for large-scale EPC projects, with a focus on power generation and substation works.Monitor EPC contractor progress, identify schedule deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of project milestones.Support project risk management activities, recovery planning initiatives, and Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation.Review and assess monthly progress reports submitted by EPC contractors, identifying schedule impacts, contractual risks, and potential delays.Continuously monitor critical path activities and key project milestones, providing early warning indicators and recommendations to project stakeholders.Prepare schedule analysis, progress measurement reports, and performance dashboards for project management.Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning and project controls throughout the project lifecycle..Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of 7 years' experience in planning and project controls, including experience in senior planning roles on EPC projects.Proven experience working on mega-scale EPC projects involving power generation, substations, or transmission infrastructure.EPC contractor-side experience is mandatory; experience working with developers, owners, or clients.Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, project controls methodologies, and delay analysis techniques.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project control tools.Working knowledge of SAP products.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Earned Value Management (EVM).Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.Preferred Certifications:Primavera P6 Professional Certification.PMP (Project Management Profession.PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
