Role DescriptionThe Senior Presales Engineer will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in system design and integration. The role also involves collaboration with sales teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs and offering technical support to ensure successful implementations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Technical Support and Integration, including troubleshooting, designing, and supporting technical solutions.Proficiency in Presales and Sales processes, including developing proposals, conducting presentations, and working collaboratively with sales teams.Expertise in Security systems and their implementation as part of integrated solutions.Strong problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Experience in automation systems, IoT technologies, or similar domains is a plus.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
