Senior Process Engineer

Job PurposeProcessing Senior Engineer is mainly responsible for standardization, improvement for manufacturing process in corresponding section/place.Key AccountabilitiesMonitoring changeovers to be able to have best practice reference values.Making the routing and standard speed for every single item.Creating / updating of processing data sheets (PDS).Creating / updating of Standard operating procedure (SOP).Understanding the methodology non-conforming cases (Concerning process capability) to help in solution.In Shop floor trials and approvals, Verifying the execution of supplier recommendations, technical office requirements, processing parameters and checking the readiness of the machine where the activity will take placeMonitoring the technical scrap values for different processes on different machinesMaking the OEE index for production lines on frequent basisMonitoring setup times to identify improvement opportunitiesMonitoring running speed on production lines to identify improvement opportunities which help improving machine performanceParticipating in verifying the acceptance & evaluation on new machines.Participating in machine debottlenecking & continuous improvement projects.Qualification & Education:Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production) / (Industrial)+3 years of experience.Strong communication skills.Excellent English language.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
