Senior ProductManager responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the digitalproducts, from roadmap strategy and market research to launch and post-releaseoptimization. Drives data-informed decisions, gathers customer feedback, andpartners cross-functionally to enhance user experience, boost adoption, anddeliver business impact.·Define, prioritize,and execute the mobile app product roadmap in alignment with company goals andcustomer needs.·Owns product backlogand prioritization·Lead market research,competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify opportunities.·Works closely withdesign, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-qualityreleases.·Monitor and analyzeproduct performance metrics (activation, retention, engagement, revenue,conversion rates) to guide decision-making.·Develop and ownproduct analytics dashboards to track KPIs and communicate progress tostakeholders.·Use data andexperimentation (A/B tests, funnel metrics) to validate hypotheses and optimizeproduct outcomes.·Translate insightsfrom customer feedback and product data into actionable product enhancements · Ensure compliance,security, and regulatory standards are met while scaling adoption andengagement.Requirements4-6 years of experienceMobile appsexperience is a must, fintech or telecom experience is preferredMarket & Industry insightsFamiliar with product management tools(e.g. Jira, Trello,..etc)Experience with analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics, mixpanel,..etc)Experience in A/B testingFamiliar with scrum methodology Fluency in English, written and spoken
