Job DescriptionYour ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and understanding market dynamics\customer needsManaging the end-to-end product roadmap and responsibility for timely deliveryDriving successful plans dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholdersAct as a key member of cross-functional product development teamsThe product lead liaises with different members of the development team to drive projects forwardOwning the product direction, building the team, and establishing the product organization and processesDefine and execute the GTM strategy that maximizes customer impact and learnings, while minimizing riskDevise the product vision and strategy to the product roadmap all along with a goalCoordinate with various departments to ensure that deadlines are met, and the final product is profitable for the companyDevelops and maintains tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investmentWork cross functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and other teams to define, build, and deploy products that delight our usersYour Qualifications5+ years of experience leading high-performing product, UX, and business teamsProven track record at building scalable productsProven track record of successful customer acquisition and engagementExperience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to executionStrong sense of discipline, ownership, and accountability to excel working in a remote environmentIn-depth knowledge of Agile process and principlesStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving skillsTechnical expertise: You’ve led technical products and/or have a background in computer science (or similar)Experience building both new products as well as a track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolioDeep user empathy and a high bar for user experiencePersistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product is successful
