Job TitleSenior Project ManagerJob ScopeWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology and professional services projects across multiple customers and regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery within enterprise IT environments.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, maintaining project profitability, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent projects.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, executive stakeholders, and delivery teams.Facilitate project kick-off meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and project documentation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects, engineers, partners, and third-party vendors.Proactively identify project risks and issues and drive mitigation and resolution plans.Track project financials, including revenue recognition, profitability, forecasting, and resource utilization.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.Support contract and Statement of Work (SOW) management, change requests, and project governance processes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.Position RequirementsRequired QualificationsProven experience managing medium to large-scale infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, digital transformation, or software implementation projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.Preferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification.PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.Experience in VMware, Broadcom, cloud, infrastructure modernization, or data center transformation projects.Experience managing geographically distributed teams across different regions.Success MetricsOn-time project deliveryBudget adherence and project profitabilityCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT)Risk and issue management effectivenessResource utilization and forecasting accuracyStakeholder satisfaction and executive reporting qualityEducationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience8+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT, consulting services, or professional services organizations.#LI-DNI
