Senior Projects Manager

The Senior Projects Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgetsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sectorProven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferredProficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CADStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
