Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will drive real estate sales, manage client relationships, and provide expert consulting services. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Maintaining a strong understanding of current market trends and property values is essential to support strategic decision-making and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with in-depth knowledge of property markets and transactionsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsDemonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsSelf-motivation and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)Experience in the Egyptian real estate market is a strong advantage
