The role involves providing expert advice to clients, managing property transactions, and ensuring exceptional client support. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, negotiating sales, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, building customer relationships, and advising clients on purchasing and investment opportunities.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in Consulting, real estate sales Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsGood knowledge of the real estate market and sales processSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressurePresentable with a professional attitudeProficiency in market analysis and property valuationBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredExperience in CRM systems is a plus
