Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for offering expert real estate consulting services, identifying and understanding client needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, executing property sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction. QualificationsStrong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in decision-making processesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProven experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing dealsAbility to stay updated on market trends and property regulationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experienceProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
