This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and/or commercial properties, from lead generation and client qualification to deal negotiation and closure. The Senior Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, provide market insights, and advise clients on suitable options that match their needs and budget. Daily tasks include maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, preparing proposals and sales documents, and ensuring accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to support marketing and property promotions, and staying informed about market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.Proven customer service skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to manage expectations professionally.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing techniques, and target achievement.Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Cairo or the broader region, including current trends and regulations.Previous experience in a senior property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role is strongly preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to track leads and prepare documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage for communicating with diverse clients and stakeholders.
