Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will play a pivotal role in advising clients, building relationships, and helping them find suitable property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting consultations, managing client inquiries, providing detailed property information, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets. QualificationsStrong Consulting and Sales skills, with an ability to identify client needs and offer tailored property solutionsExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficiency in the Real Estate market, including knowledge of local property trends and regulationsProven track record of achieving sales targets and closing dealsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred
