Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the real estate market, providing expert advice to buyers, sellers, and investors, coordinating property viewings, and managing transactions. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales objectives and maintain client satisfaction. QualificationsProven ability in Consulting and Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and property management trends.Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and closing deals effectively.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken is preferred.
