The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultations on real estate investment opportunities, building relationships with prospective and current clients, offering excellent customer service, and facilitating property transactions. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, guiding clients through purchasing or selling processes, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish. QualificationsStrong consulting and real estate knowledge, with a deep understanding of market trends and property investment opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsProven expertise in sales and customer service with a track record of meeting targetsAbility to provide tailored advice and guidance to clients in the real estate marketFamiliarity with Giza’s real estate landscape is an assetProficient in leveraging technology and data for decision-makingBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
