Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant at RED | Real Estate Domain. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate advice to clients, conducting property consultations, managing client relationships, and closing sales transactions. The role involves identifying client needs, guiding them through the property acquisition process, and meeting sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide data-driven insights and guidanceStrong Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targetsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain client relationshipsDeep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Egypt, is highly desirableDetail-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProfessional presentation and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in real estate or property consulting is requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
