Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Ushuaia. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional consulting services, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The role involves assisting clients in property selection, negotiating sales, offering guidance on real estate opportunities, and delivering professional advice to meet their needs. The consultant will collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate market knowledgeExceptional Communication and Customer Service abilitiesExpertise in Sales, including negotiation and client managementProficiency in managing client relationships and providing tailored property recommendationsProven track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate sectorAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentKnowledge of local real estate regulations and market trendsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in multiple languages is a plus
