Key Responsibilities:· Prospect and generate new clients through calls, meetings, and real estate events.· Present property offerings and conduct site visits with clients.· Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable units/projects.· Propose the best options from multiple developers to match client requirements.· Clearly explain each project’s advantages (location, payment plan, developer reputation, investment return) in a professional and objective manner.· Negotiate with clients, support them in decision-making, and close sales transactions.· Coordinate with developers’ teams to finalize reservation and contract procedures.· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.· Update client database and sales opportunities using CRM systems or tracking sheets.· Stay updated on real estate market trends and new developers’ offerings on a regular basis.
