Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and working related field with min 8 years.​Solid experience in infrastructure (utilities, roads, networks, site development) design review, proposal engineering, and tendering.​Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and infrastructure construction methods.​Proven experience in quantity takeoff, BOQ–drawing–specification compliance, and technical documentation.​Good understanding of relevant industry standards and specifications.​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.​Ability to work effectively within a proposal/tendering team and meet tight submission deadlines.​Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.​Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.8-12 years of overall experience in equivalent position.High proficiency in reading and interpreting infrastructure drawings, specifications, and BOQs.​Strong skills in quantity takeoff using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools and takeoff software like costx or planswfit.Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, especially Excel and Word) for takeoff sheets and technical reports.Familiarity with tendering procedures, RFP requirements, and technical proposal compilation.
