We’re looking for a full-time Senior Provider Relations & VIP Account Manager to join 7ader’s team.This is a key role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing important accounts, solving problems, and working closely with different teams to create a better experience for both service providers and VIP clients.About the Role:The selected candidate will be responsible for managing 7ader’s current service providers, attracting and onboarding new providers, following up on provider performance and availability, and coordinating with the support and technical teams to solve provider-related or VIP-client-related issues.The role also includes managing VIP client relationships, making sure important cases are handled with care, priority, and proper follow-up.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and strengthen relationships with current service providers• Attract, approach, and onboard new service providers• Follow up on provider availability, performance, quality, and complaints• Coordinate with customer support and technical teams to solve issues• Manage VIP client follow-ups and ensure a premium experience• Handle sensitive provider/client situations professionally• Support provider engagement, content coordination, and campaign participation• Track issues, follow up on resolutions, and report progress clearly• Help improve the overall provider and VIP experience inside the app• Travel when required for provider meetings, activations, or business needsWho We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in account management, partnerships, PR, customer success, relationship management, or VIP client handling• Excellent communication and follow-up skills• Strong problem-solving mindset• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders• Comfortable dealing with sensitive or high-value clients• Able to coordinate between business, support, operations, and technical teams• Experience with apps, platforms, consultants, service providers, or VIP clients is a strong plusJob Details:• Full-time position• Location: Smart Village, 6th of October City• Working days: Sunday to Thursday• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM• Probation period applies• Competitive basic salary• Performance bonus• Medical and social insurance• Additional benefits• Travel may be required when neededThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of an important relationship-driven role inside a growing digital platform.To apply, please send your CV or email to "hr@tele-ware.com" with the subject line:Senior Provider Relations & VIP Account Manager – 7ader App#Hiring #AccountManager #ProviderRelations #VIPRelations #CustomerSuccess #PR #Partnerships #RelationshipManagement #SmartVillage #6thOfOctober #7ader
