Our mission is to empower growth, innovation, and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead End-to-End Testing: Design, plan, and oversee comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality across all stages of the development lifecycle, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.Automation & Manual Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute robust automated test scripts and frameworks, while also performing meticulous manual testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs and edge cases.Bug Identification & Reporting: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach in finding, documenting, and tracking defects, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently.Quality Leadership: Serve as the senior point of contact for all quality-related matters, leading a team of QA engineers and analysts in best practices for testing, defect prevention, and continuous process improvement.Client Engagement & Communication: Confidently lead challenging client discussions regarding quality standards, test results, and defect management, translating technical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.Test Strategy & Planning: Architect and refine test strategies, including risk-based testing approaches, regression testing plans, and automation coverage, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality objectives are met, while mentoring junior QA staff and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging testing tools and methodologies, driving innovation in QA processes and advocating for the adoption of new technologies that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
